New etching experiment: Beeswax resist with Lye (Sodium Hydroxide) etchant, for 45 minutes. The etch is nice a deep, small details were preserved, but not the very tiny ones. For next time I’d like to find better tools to etch the wax with — toothpicks do not cut it, they dull quickly and break easily.
